In energy, the advantages of green energy are sustainable development and has no pollution, etc. Therefore the green energy has become the cornerstone in the sustainable development and the security supply the energy. In this research, we mainly analyze the blog post and news on the green energy and low – carbon in social media. And the use of article tags modules and modules to analyze the positive and negative viewpoints and establish issues sets. The establishment of the main issues sets can be automated to detect issues, and the way to use tags of the link between issues to provide the user convenient query. As well related issues can be fully aware of the process of evolution and the positive and negative viewpoints on the issues.
