Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 航空太空工程學系碩士在職專班 === 103 === In this thesis, the application of solar cells is utilized for power generation as a source of unmanned aerial vehicles. Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) is the control technique that maintains the PV modules operating point at its maximum power condition. The main principle is to use a booster circuit (boost converter), the non-linear voltage and current output of the solar panels is converted into a constant voltage output to the load on the drive unmanned aircraft, including Arduino control board, voltage and current detection module, Li-poly battery and power motor. The solar panels provide a non-linear voltage output, converted into a motor control module and the flight of each aircraft and lithium-poly battery to maintain operation of the voltage level. Obtained in the experiment, the solar panels can effectively generate electricity and supply the proper functioning of the downstream load, but still some issues need to be improved. Although this device is able to provide constant voltage output, but because of the solar panel's output batteries and battery by battery materials, sunlight conditions and the influence of the ambient temperature, the conversation efficiency is not so high. In the future, it must be designed so the solar system to make appropriate improvements to lithium-poly battery as the primary power source, solar energy for secondary power. And it will give a steady supply to the lower end of the load.
