As such, examining the functioning of implementing ERP system is a crucial theme to explore. ERP plays the key role in the company. The speedy changing environment in which the life cycle of product is short and global competition is violent, forces most companies to develop adequate polices, tactics and information system to promote the operations in organization. The original ERP system would not always keep the beginning structure, since the global challenge promotes the functions of the system by the characteristics of company; meanwhile, the speed of changing would faster than the past. For every company, the ERP system should not be the same, because of the key performance index in them. Keywords:Global 、ERP system、performance evaluation INTRODUCTION As broadband technology enhanced, internationalized and specialization the major business model to force to be global enterprise. It has been recognized worldwide that the ERP system could meet this requirement accordingly, leading to a trend that a preface of ERP system for modern enterprise has become a must-do. Through questionnaires surveying and then the outcome of addressed statistics, this thesis attempts to analyze the consequences and effectiveness of importing the ERP by the targeted case. The challenges all the top-levels are facing, including how to accept ERP system and handle it successfully, how to truly improve company competitiveness by the effectiveness ascribes to this introduction. Accordingly, the evaluation of ERP system has been a deeply concerned issue for a long time since it was introduced. To improve the process, the ERP system would be developed depend on the characteristics of industry. In order to integrate the information of main functions of individual department and to allocate the resources efficiently enterprises is looking forward to a total business solution. We should catch the key factor by enterprise performance index. The system should be designed from the principle of resource planning, and that doesn’t work to migrate ERP system totally from one to another company. There are thousands of operations and departments in a company, and the functions of system be connected in different ways. The structure of research ERP combines the company’s business process with the system. Through internet technology system, ERP is the powerful system integrated global brand company experience. Spec-in ERP system will be the priority to improve company competition. (1) Define the analysis unit (2) To affirm the purpose of research (2.1) to compile the reference (2.2) to collect the subordination information (3) Forming the structure of research (4) To design the questionnaire of ERP (4.1) select the company for case study (5) Implement ERP inquisition (6) An outcome of ERP research. CONCLUSION After analyzing the useful samples with factor analysis, the study finds the following results. As for the targeted corporation, this case study confirms that the ERP system not only substantially enhance its productivity, but also strengthen its reputation and leadership within the industry. The major goals of implementing ERP of enterprise are represented. We already well-know that the User Satisfaction plays a critical role in the evaluation of ERP system performance once the system has been implemented. Every resource is treasure, and that is not allowed to waste them. The most important of all is that creating multiplicity functional system to satiate the goal of enterprise. Resource efficient and efficiency are the issue to be survived & grow up in the competition. How to use the system properly is the main key to show its worth. This research uses the questionnaire to collect information, the result shows below. That is quite obvious that the performance of enterprise could keep outstanding rank from the other company by ERP system. Fully use the functions of ERP is the key to improve the operations more efficient and the system would be fit the user's request. Nowadays, every company is obligated to re-build and re-integrate its planning of internal resource by computer-assistance when it faces the moment of survival issue or is about to execute an major strategy. For Manufacture / Marketing / Management / R&D / Finance, the ERP system improves the procedure and the performance. The finding of this research is to conclude and summarize key factors which effect the performance of company, and then to take good control of these factors with a view to integrating enterprise’s internal resource and operating ERP system effectively and speedily, with limited resource available and the consideration of enterprise goal.
