| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 政治經濟研究所 === 103 === This thesis aims at researching the rebuild strategy of the permanent housing in Da-Ai village at San-Lin district, with the three aspects of forming, planning, and executing the strategy, so to discuss the influence of the rebuild strategy of the permanent housing on residents with regards to their adaptability to the environment and how they identified with their new home. This research is attempting to understand whether the rebuild strategy of the permanent housing has achieved the goal of the original estimation, and its content has included the planning aspect of the government, execution aspect by Tzu Chi and impact on the residents in facing the strategy effect. At the same time, to discuss the feeling of the residents during the course of rebuild of the permanent housing, as well as to analyze on the influential factor of the participation and communication by the residents after rebuild goal has been achieved post typhoon.
