Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 經營管理碩士學位學程(AMBA) === 103 === SUMMARY The research tries to explore the relationship among employee incentive system, corporate transformation, internal marketing and organizational performance. Some companies are doing corporate transformation in order to extend its capacity and reinforce its competitive advantage. How many positive effects that employee incentive system and internal marking made while we are doing corporate transformation. Management aims to increase the organizational performances for which they need to pay much attention to the need of employee. The questionnaires are collected from the companies based on south of Taiwan. Totally, 430 questionnaires were issued and 357 were returned as valid. All data were processed by SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 21.0. Empirical findings are listed as follows: (1) Employee incentive system is positively related to corporate transformation. (2) Corporate Transformation is positively related to organizational performance. (3) Employee incentive system has no positive influence on organizational performance. (4) Internal marketing is a positive moderating to corporate transformation and organizational performance.
