The subjects including Taiwanese Firms that invested in Vietnam, or interesting but not yet invested in Vietnam Taiwanese Firms.According to survey results and interview evidence, the factors which affect Taiwanese Firms to invest are low labor costs (significantly forward), Vietnam government policies support foreign presence (significantly negative), Vietnam government to facilitate the financing of low-interest loans and tax (significant forward), join Trans-Pacific Partnership and Regional Com-prehensive Economic Partnership (significantly negative), company considerations will continue to invest in Vietnam, even if damaged (significantly forward), Industrial Clusters effects -Taiwanese Firms have many suppliers to set up factories in Vietnam (significantly forward), Taiwanese Firms have set up factories in Vietnam (significantly positive) and under 35 years of age (significantly positive). The conclusion of this study is due to limit of Taiwan’s resources and Taiwanese policy, mindset of Globalization is a trend, Taiwanese Firms should be consider their own strengths and foreign direct investment, through this study It found that the primary consideration of Taiwanese Firms overseas investment will still be cost-oriented. MATERIALS AND METHODS In this study, using linear probability model LPM, and based on literature review divided into six facets of factors, market factors, demand factors, political side factors, event factors, strategy factors, impaired condition factor, otheise inclouding dummy variables, industry, does Taiwanese Firms have factories in Vietnam or not, is considered anti-Chinese incidents continue to increase after Vietnam, and age total have Twenty two variables, after the initial regression equation found no significant factor, then using Nested Hypothesis method delete some factors which is does’t significant, using Multicollinearity method delete some factors which is does’t significant, finaly get the best regression equation. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION Factors Affecting the Willing of Taiwanese Firms to Increase the Capital Investment in Vietnam: After the Anti-Chinese Incidents on May Thirteenth, 2014,base on optimal regression equation found to affect Taiwanese Firms invest in Vietnam decision factor is low labor costs (significantly forward, p=0.049), Vietnam government policies support foreign presence (significantly negative, p=0.023), Vietnam government to facilitate the financing of low-interest loans and tax (significant forward p=0.0109), join Trans-Pacific Partnership and Regional Com-prehensive Economic Partnership (significantly negative, p=0.1013), company considerations will continue to invest in Vietnam, even if damaged (significantly forward, p=0), Industrial Clusters effects -Taiwanese Firms have many suppliers to set up factories in Vietnam (significantly forward, p=0.0023), Taiwanese Firms have set up factories in Vietnam (significantly positive, p=0) and under 35 years of age (significantly positive, p=0.0095), as shown in Table one. CONCLUSION In Vietnamese local government Provide tax breaks and relate economic behavior support, but also because Vietnam to join the Trans-Pacific Partnership and Regional Com-prehensive Economic Partnership have trade tariff reduction benefits for Taiwanese Firms are more willing because of these geographical factors continue to increase Vietnam, in Vietnam, there are many Taiwanese Firms because the cluster effect, its own business-related supply chain are production in Vietnam there are more convenient and can savings more costs resulting in economies of scale, overall Vietnam's economic environment remains unchanged, Vietnam is still very worthwhile to continue invest and set up factories, Taiwanese Firms have invest before the Anti-Chinese Incidents on May Thirteenth, 2014,will not easily withdraw even if there are shocks before, and Taiwanese Firms decision-makers getting closer to the second generation of entrepreneurs About this study suggests that you can pick more industrys, to increase the number of samples questionnaire, adding other variables (such as: capital variables and variables MNE).
