碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 老年學研究所 === 103 === The Health Promotion Administration (HPA) has introduced the Age-friendly Hospitals and Health Services Recognition in Taiwan since 2011. By February 2015, a total of 104 healthcare organizations (101 hospitals, 2 long-term health care institutions and 1 clinic) have passed the recognition. The main purpose of this research is to examine the Content Validity Index (CVI) of 21 performance indicators under the four standards among 104 healthcare organizations which have passed the recognition. The data were collected through means of questionnaires and analysed according to different levels and classifications of the healthcare organizations. Moreover, the questionnaire was also administered to the onsite surveyors hired by HPA to examines the differences between performance indicators CVI of two subject groups. The results of this study offer recommendations and suggestions to HPA to modify the performance indicators.
