In addition, the Ministry of Education Republic of China had enacted a policy about using those empty classrooms become Aging Learning Center. This thesis aims to explore the suburb schools to promote learning strategy model for senior citizens. We would overview the relations between suburb schools and communities. We also summarize the aging effects on suburb schools as the references for the analysis of this case study. The results reveal that promoting aging learning center transformation strategy is on the original management innovation as the core, with continue to promote the curriculum design locality and public relations connectivity to produce “voluntary continuity. Therefore, suburb schools can develop intergenerational interaction and strengthen the ground enrollment characteristics by introducing aging learning center for senior citizens. Moreover, it can indirectly contributed to the development of the school and the community, and access to the local culture of innovation and sustainable development opportunities. According to the above of four organizational transformation strategies provide suburb school learning center for the promotion of the elderly to follow.
