Firstly a conventional machining is constdered with plasma-enhanced processing technology,Experimental results show that the plasma -assisted machining reduces the cutting face and tool wear effectively,Secondly the destination is to find the signifieant factor whieh is decided wioh cutting force,tool wear and surface roughness, Notify that the variable factors are current (A),feed rate (F),cutting depth (Dp), speed (N), Minitab software is adopted to filter the test plan , By using the screening optimization experiment ,the optimized processing parameter can be decided with the regression analysis,With those sndysis the plasma-assisted processing technology (Plasma Assisted Machining) can be used in the cutting material of pure tungsten succesfully.
