Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 103 === The linear guide way, slide, ball screw and its supported seat are the important components for machine tools. Usually, the flatness, parallelism, linear slide preload, pre-tension of the ball screw and bearing for machine tools setup are causes of the machine abnormal noise and vibration phenomena. The integrated wireless sensing system is consisted of the micro-electromechanical (MEMS), three-axis accelerometer (G-sensor), three-axis gyroscope (Gyroscope) and sensors (Transducer) with real time sense of three different types signals. For installed device on the linear slide and the bearing seat, there are real time perceived vibration, inclined angle and torque signal. Getting real time information, making real-time data display and recording signal are made via Bluetooth wireless technology to the computer, i-pad, smart phones or other devices. First, each of the three different types of sensors signal was calibrated. G-sensor is using the three-axis accelerometer and vibration-testing machine to check acceleration value and frequency of vibrations. Three-axis gyroscope is using inclined meter and electronic goniometer to check both the X and Y angle. Analog signal (Wheatstone bridge signal) is using a strain signal generator output strain values for verification. After calibration, this device will be set up on the guide-way testing machine to measure the signals. After the testing result, the accuracy and stability of all signals are quite good for this device. This study can be used in industrial 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing.
