Currently there is only specific definitions on viscosity of lubrication oils but not on feeding time and mechanism to improve machine lubricating characteristics, therefore, there might be extra heat produced on poor lubrication oil supply leads to higher temperature and burning on the chute or excessive oil feeding which leads to stick-slip causing significant influence on accuracy and system instability. In conclusion, the main focus on this research is to apply optimizing lubrication on feeding system and knowing the correlation between appropriate stop feeding timing and friction. This research actually brings solutions on hard track machinery by initial intelligent lubricating system development with micro controller and software operation through regression analysis knowing the current value corresponding polynomial accuracy model and numerical computation to judge the feeding time then provide a appropriate feeding standard for the industry.
