Until the beginning of the Spring Festival in 2003, we started our first directing flight even since. On the other hand, the first ferry was finally made the trip from Pingtan to Taichung Harbor at 30th November, 2011; and therefore, both sides are now shortened to two and a half hours away. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted by applying the fuzzy method to analyze the positioning of Hai Xia Hao. Questionnaires were designed for both aspects of general visitors and specialists positions, and there were also including three dimensions which were marine equipment, service personnel, and service equipment. Total utility value was used to roughly rank the differences of ideal and actual experience of users. Then, weighted fuzzy distance of each item was computed to detect the difference between the two aspects. The results showed that all ideal total utility value values of three dimensions were less than those of actual experience values. The gap descending sort was dimensions 1>2>3. There were seven items belong to class A by the ABC classification, and five of them were dimension 1 and others were dimension 2. Shipping transportation companies should concentrate on gathering resources to deal with these seven priority issues. Efficiency improvement should be achieved by doing so.
