When the disparity between the products and service has become smaller and smaller with our competitors, in addition to customers’ value proposition, we should comprehend thorough customers’ requirements and analyze the consumption structure by a great amount of data in order to command customers’ mode of consumption correctly. It is one of the important factors in business pattern. Regards to a household life channel that often faces to the end consumers, if it can’t understand exactly customers’ requirements, then it could not become a customer-oriented enterprise and bring its benefit into full play. However, following the vigorous development of the Internet, rapid logistic and instant information cost, customers can shop at home and it hits the physical channel. The whole consumption behavior has been changing, traders have to make a new selling price. This research is based on Taiwan household life channel, it discusses an innovation business type that is the most suitable for Taiwan household life channel by the Internet Analysis, it fits in the business strategy which is concerned by Taiwan household life channel as well.
