Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 冷凍空調系 === 103 === This thesis has been used water source heat pump system to provide the cold- and heat-side water to achieve the dehumidification research. First, it must setup the experimental construction of water source heat pump system then it can integrate the liquid state dehumidification system. It can measure the data of liquid state dehumidification system and analysis the operating characteristics of water source heat pump system. This heat pump system is running to use R410A refrigerant with liquid state dehumidification system cold- and heat-side heat exchanger. This heat pump system is also using adjustable speed drive to regulate compressor speed and combine with monitoring to acquire the operation data.
In the experimental process, this heat pump system need a stable cold- and heat-side water supply liquid state dehumidification system to determine the performance of the heat pump operation. Then this heat pump system will be introduced into compare the PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) control algorithm approach and PI-PD (Proportional Integral - Proportional Derivative) approach, Smith predictor control approach. This study will use the Cascade control approach in the inner loop control compressor pressure and the outer loop control water temperature. This study control approach will use the Cascade Smith-PID approach, the Cascade Smith-Smith approach, and the Cascade PSO-Smith approach etc. An investigation of control approach and Cascade control approach optimal analysis.
