The number of workers is only 50% of the total population, so the situation that one looks after another becomes a common phenomenon. This, however, causes a human structure which is seriously short of manpower, especially the medical manpower. The most serious fire disaster of the history of medicine in Taiwan occurred at Tainan Bei-Men Branch of Sinying Hospital in October 2012. Most casualties in this fire disaster were patients in a persistent vegetative state or patients who cannot move. This fire disaster showed the insufficient medical manpower and demonstrated an imbalance of manpower. Therefore, this thesis intends to adopt an electric medical sickbed and an Internet of Things automation technology as a basis, thereby designing a micro-cloud IoT server of an intelligent space to solve the insufficient medical manpower. Herein, an intelligent multi-axis control system with power factor correction is developed, and an intelligent human-machine control interface is designed to provide users with a more direct operation and use. An unmanned carrier is also developed for elders who may move with difficulty by using a PK communication interface capable of automatically adapting communication bandwidths and combining a cloud internet of things control system of the intelligent space. When a disaster occurs, the carrier attains an automatic navigation according to the instruction of the cloud internet of things control system so that the automatic navigation can reduce the demand for manpower.
