Summary:碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 103 === Cellphone as a mobile device product, it need to keep innovating due to the increasing of functions to accord with the demands of the market. Producing cellphone has many processes including manufacture, fabricating and testing. And the manufacture processes of cellphone substrate need many kinds of equipments and machines. Early planning for production line normally combine human with device of simple function to achieve. As continuous development and application, planning of production line also head toward to develop multi functionality and integration. The research is base on A-company which product substrate of mobile, through collect and collate informations of processing, and interview with production line manager , experienced processing engineer and supervisor. Collating all data and analyze the improvement indicator with QFD and combine with TRIZ to planning of creative improvement. Integrating the information and data and will be a guideline of improvement through simulation. Finally get a result of improvement to compare production with efficiency, achieve optimal result.
