In the production management in how to effectively reduce costs and shorten production time and improve product quality is the issue currently the industry are most concerned about, So many engineering and technical personnel maintain the quality importing Process Capability Index as a production management measurable process standard tool, in the production process the process capability index occurred abnormality can use the cause analysis to improve, in the experiment can be applied to improve the Taguchi method as an improvement tool, the main feature reduces the number of experiments
and obtain useful information.
In this study, major discussion the lithium-ion battery products manufacturing processes, following discussions with the relevant technical staff decided to factor 3 level 4 as an experimental setting, with the use of orthogonal table L9 Taguchi quality engineering experiment , experimental results based on s/n ratio determines the optimal parameter setting factor levels, according to the best conditions into reproducing experiments to measure of Cpk clear improvement, while observing the factor level of lithium iron batteries electrical characteristics of correlation to stabilize the battery production process quality, product quality and help upgrade the competitiveness of cases.
