Senior citizens have a variety of concerns when it comes to health, happiness, independence, and satisfaction, their demand in all respects grew by a large margin was appeared clearly, so working on these is our purpose. This study according to the theory of service science through the service experience engineering (S.E.E) to find out the demand of value creation. As the point of view, building a smart cane combines NFC, GPS and G-sensor to achieve a senior citizens’ smart life system. Besides supporting seniors walking, this system combines NFC is able to connect relevant mobile device and home appliance. It makes elderly may stay in touch with family and friends by the internet easily, and it can further implement G-sensor to detect their status at home, in order to raise their living abilities. As the walkers, the elderly is the most user, it can not only ease their physiological burden but provide a comfort life as well.
