Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 精密工程學系所 === 103 === This study aims to use multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) for fabricating buckypaper utilized in Chitosan carrier. First, mixed acid (H2SO4:HNO3=3:1) was refluxed with MWCNTs in purification process, then added to DI water with nonionic surfactant Triton-X100 for nanotubes modification. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was added to enhance the mechanical property , then buckypaper was dispersed and formed at the basis weights of 5.20 to 5.72 mg/cm2 by a filter vessel. In the characteristics processing, the phenolic resin was diluted from 10 to 30% for buckypaper impregnation with liquid impregnation method. After impregnation, the buckypaper was dried by a hot plate and pressed by a hot press. A carbonization and graphitization process was heat up to 900°C and 1600°C respectively in a nitrogen rich environment. Then the buckypaper was ready for immobilization with chitosan and enzyme. Through several measurement, the best resistivity was 11.2 mΩ•cm and the thinnest thickness was 68μm from the buckypaper that immersed in 30% phenolic resin. The contact angle of buckypaper and carbon cloth without characteristics processing were 52.9˚ and 167.5˚ respectively, with carbonization and graphitization process were 75.5˚ and 77.0˚ respectively. The carbonization and graphitization process with acid treatment were 54.6˚ and 72.6˚ respectively. The buckypaper and carbon cloth without characteristics processing with acid treatment were 0˚ . The highest porosity was 77.12 % from buckypaper without characteristics processing. Through the SEI morphology observation, the attachment capability on chitosan had been discussed, and carbon cloth was the most appropriate candidate for chitosan immobilization in this study.
