| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 國際政治研究所 === 102 === Along with the occurrence and the solution of Euro crisis, Germany plays a leadingrole in drawing policies. Here we analyze the role played by Germany with levels-of-analysis through the internal factors, such as political parties and interest groups,and then discuss its direction when dealing with negotiation internationally.
The decision-making process indicates that the influence of European Union in Eurocrisis is limited and the leadership goes to “Franco-German axis”- through the methodssuch as Financial Union, bailout, austerity, Banking union and EFSF, etc.
Regardless of its strategies might lead to party alternation or member countries tothe member countries, Germany made national interests its first priority and theintegration of affairs the second. It shows in drawing solution scheme that Germanyapplied most of its existing patterns to its member countries, which indicates thatEuropean Union has been gradually Germanized.
However, the leadership of Germany in European Union shows that France failed toinfluence Germany by integrating Europe.
