It’s no too much to describe the crisis as a common predicament the world has to face together. There is a high correlation between economics performance and social stability. In 2013 alone, an estimated ten thousand social movements with different ales were inaugurated around the world. Among them, demonstrations in developed countries have grown the fastest. Economic bubble, which drastically diminishes right after speedy prosperity, has been the most formidable phenomenon of all economics crises. Taiwanese society has indulged in luxury since magnificent economic growth in the 1980s. Society has accumulated greater amount of hot money,while public has spared some money for future investment. After 1985,investment fever and money desire were clearly reflected in stock market. Consequently, the fore most devastating economic bubble has taken place in Taiwan between 1989 and 1990. Price in Taiwan Stock Exchange has dropped more than 80 % within 8 months after 2 years of gradual increase. During this period, mid and upper class were wild about various strategies in investment, while lower class immersed themselves in game of chance, such as Liberal Lottery and Mark Six. Group dynamics under this feverish phenomenon was astounding. It has evidently exhibited how people would easily engage in irrational activities under extreme economic phenomenon. The core topic this article centers on is there to ration in contemporary situations through descriptions in movies and reports. Through different interpretations in available data and descriptions in official statistics, feverish group dynamics could be perceived in contemporary Taiwanese society. Through further investigation, the stated research has discovered that, regarding to certain aspects in contemporary Taiwanese society, feverish degrees are slightly lower and more rational than those described in preceding documentaries. Contemporary government and movies have put great emphasis on moral education, leading to a slight exaggeration in feverish group dynamics.
