碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 高階經理人碩士在職專班 === 103 === The main purpose of this research is to explore the establishment and development status of Homei Love Music Orchestra formed by teenagers. The researcher observe the orchestra personally and collect data to find out the development and activities of this orchestra. By interviews and questionnaires with the members, the researcher attempts to find out why the members join this orchestra. The results are as below. 1. HLMO(Homie Love Music Orchestra)is a local and nonprofit organization with little support from the government. This is a community music group with various shows to rich the life experience and cultures of participants 2. The conductor who contributes to all activities is the soul of the band .And the band is parts of his life. The members of the band are almost teenagers and their family. The volunteers are the main power to run the band smoothly and their supports and contributions accomplish the band 3. The effects of less kids born which cause the lack of talent, less participants and financial support. These are the problems needed to conquer. 4. Most of the shows which are favorite activities of the members are public and free. 5. The conductor and the members grow up together and pass the music to those love music. The students develop mature personality and culture, learn to respect others, help the weak and facilitate the abilities to deal with pressure and music skills. The volunteers find out the advantages of band are as bellow: (1) People who give gain more than those take. (2) Grow up along with the kids and form positive character together. (3) The kids are willing to learn what they like by heart not by force. (4) The excellent atmosphere and environment of the band cause the members eager to attend the band activities which increase the local music culture. The contributions of the band to the local music are as following 1. Offer the channels for those are willing to learn music. 2. Rich the community culture and lives. 3. Increase the feeling belongs. 4. To spread the happiness from the music. 5. Reback the society. 6. Facilitate the development of the attendants and comport the soul the participants. 7. To spread more music activities and improve the atmosphere of the society.
