Today''s business environment is complex and changeable, the enterprise encounters more international and global issues. Furthermore, the enterprise receives big data, the information systems are built more and more. How to obtain the effective intelligence from various systems and data, the business intelligence should be the best solution in the present information system. However, many studies have found a conflict, that many companies have declined their productivity after importing information technologies. This study expects that from the example company’s empirical research method to investigate the correlations between business intelligence system and operation efficiency, and analyzes whether business imports intelligent system can really improve the operational effectiveness. This study combines with the balanced scorecard’s financial perspective in four dimensional measurements to compare to before and after importing information system. To analyze the relationship between business intelligence and enterprise operational performance.
