The biodegradable polymers were blended with the glycerol and the triethyl citrate (TEC). The total weight of one treatment was one kilogram including the major and auxiliary formulations 75% and the plasticizers 25%, respesctively. For the 75% major and auxiliary formulations, the ratios of sugarcane bagasse are were 10%, 20%, 30%, For the 25% plasticizers, the ratio of maleic anhydride were 2%, 5%, 8%, and the screw speed were 35 rpm, 40rpm, 45 rpm, respesctively. The fixed conditions were the glycerol 91 g, and the TEC 56 g, respesctively.Response surface methodology was used to analyze the effects of the operation conditions that were the ratio of sugarcane bagasse(10%、20%、30%), the ratio of maleic anhydride(2%、5%、8%)and the screw speed(35 rpm、40 rpm、45 rpm)on the objective attributes (max. loading, max. displacement, water absorption, melting temperature, crystalline temperature, degree of crystallinity and thermal degradation temperature). Each treatment was measured by the max. loading, max. displacement, water absorption, melting temperature, crystalline temperature, degree of crystallinity and thermal degradation temperature. Individual contour plots of the different responses were overlaid, and the regions meeting 240.86 N, 2.6 mm, and 39.34% were identified at 20.5%, 5.39%, and 39.34 rpm. The thermal properties results indicated that the Tm of extruded pellets was ranged from 157.61~168.40℃ and the Tc of extruded pellets was ranged from 69.17~82.67℃and the Xc of extruded pellets was ranged from 8.83~30.76% as well as the Td which was ranged from 242.00~249.73℃. The biodegradability of the optimum extrudate was detected according to the CNS14432 standard. The result showed that the biodegradability reached 70.9% on the 31th day and 85.3% on the 45th day. Therefore, it could be concluded that the plastic pellets developed in this study consist of biodegradable properties, which can help to solve environmental problems. Moreover these pellets are suitable for industrial application. 彭錦樵 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 125 zh-TW |
