Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 生物產業機電工程學系所 === 103 === In this study, the researcher adopted self-developed high-efficiency testing fermentation tank of insulation to proceed the composting experiments. The research chosen cabbage, which was the highest percentage of vegetable waste as the main materials to ferment, and added the chicken dung as a material to improve the efficiency of the fermentation. The other match of the selected sub-materials were newspapers and bagasses, then the researcher adjusted proper ventilation and stirring frequency, measured and recorded the composting process to maturity period for temperature, pH, electrical conductivity, moisture content, carbon and nitrogen ratio, ash and organic matter content. And added the chicken manure as a material to improve efficiency of the fermentation. During the experiment, sampled and analyzed the fermentation process effect of vegetable waste and the heavy metal content of compost by added the chicken manure and the sub-materials. The experimental was divided into four groups depending on different ratio of weight and adding different sub-materials. And the initial moisture content was adjusted between 50% to 65%wb, which was the suitable moisture content for composting. The result showed that main material cabbage added chicken manure with sub-material bagasse by weight ratio 6:1.5:2 was more suitable than high proportion added chicken manure 6:4:2, and added bagasses as sub-materials was more suitable than added newspapers. Because of added chicken manure to each group of experiments so that the result of compost came to be higher conductivity trend. When fertilization, it was proposed that the compost must be mixed and stirred with soil or low conductivity materials, eg : vermiculite , peat, etc..
