Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 生物產業機電工程學系所 === 103 === This study investigates the use of high-efficiency research composting fermentation tank for fruit and vegetable wastes composting in Taichung City. Research is divided into summer, autumn, winter three seasons. In response to the different components of each season''s fruit and vegetable waste while adding 20% of the seasonal major waste. Take the time to understand if there is a small part of the compost fermentation whether material changes have a significant impact on overall experiment. By the test results show that if the higher lignin content added waste such as sugar cane skin, it will significantly extend its maturity time ; But for the rest of the argument has little effect. Among them, the winter is relatively small batches of lignin, because the ambient temperature is low, is not conducive to fermentation, so extending the maturity of the time. The three batches of experimental results show that, the moisture content is too high, the other detected items are in line with norms laid down by the Council of Agriculture Miscellaneous compost. In this study, three batches of experiments due to the pile will contain feathers, so especially for feather degradation experiments. When the medithermal of fermentation period, taking samples and purified feather decomposition strains, the strain identification results, this strain is Bacillus licheniformis and named NCHU-702. The experimental results show that NCHU-702 at pH 7.5 has better feather decomposition efficiency and have the highest number of bacteria when incubated at 50℃, if there have culture shock during composting, the number of bacteria and amino acid decomposition are more than stationary. If in the most appropriate pH (pH = 7.5), temperature (50℃) and shock (125 rpm) culture, only four days after leaving a slight feather shafts and small debris, most of the barbs are broken down into small particles after ten days rachis and small pieces are broken down or even disappear.
