In previous studies, most of them are focus on government policies and the role of community association or the importance of Social capital; rarely concern the Local Young’s participation process. With the wave of young Homecoming reproduction local young impact on Community empowerment is worth exploring issues. The findings show that the Local Young and community both grow up in the Community empowerment, and Local Young is the key of sustainable in the Community Empowerment.
