Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 物理學系所 === 103 === CuBiS2 is a semiconductor material with an energy gap distributed between 1.5 eV and 2.1 eV and having good light absorption capability. Here we present a new semiconductor sensitizer - CuBiS2 for solar cells. CuBiS2 nanoparticles were grown using the solvothermal method. Solid-state heterojunction CuBiS2 solar cells were fabricated from the grown nanoparticles. The best cell exhibited a short-circuit current density of 0.0061 mA/cm2 , an open voltage of 0.13 V , a fill factor of 20.29 % , and a power conversion efficiency of 1.61×10-4 % under 100 mW/cm2 light illumination.
