In addition, this research further explores whether market orientation and technology orientation have the relationship of resources complementary or not. Meanwhile, this research also explores whether the exploratory learning and exploitative learning have the relationship of capabilities complementary or not. The sample of this research is the manufacturing firms in Taiwan, which according with Common Wealth 2014 Magazine years published the “Top 1000 manufactures” as the object of study. The questionnaires of total disbursements were 1000, and 147 valid questionnaires were collected, the overall response rate was 14.7%.The empirical results show (1) market orientation has positive significant impact on exploratory learning and exploitative learning (2) technology orientation has positive significant impact on exploratory learning and exploitative learning (3) exploratory learning has positive significant impact on radical innovation performance and incremental innovation performance, and its’ has stronger impact on radical innovation performace than incremental innovation performance (4) exploitative learning has positive significant impact on radical innovation performance and incremental innovation performance, and its’ has stronger impact on incremental innovation performace than the radical innovation performance (5) market orientation and technology orientation’s interaction has positive significant impact on radical innovation performance and incremental innovation performance.
