In addition, engineering units are insufficiently versed in the laws and regulations governing protection of cultural sites, and have no formal purchase contract or unit price systems that can be abided by or adopted, making it difficult to find specialized contractors to conduct rescue operations in a timely manner. If a rescue operation under a purchase contract can be completed in a timely manner, it should ameliorate the impact on the project deadline, but as yet there are no formal documents for reference, only past cases that can provide information to draw up purchase contracts and budgets for deliberation or insertion in projects. Hence, this research first collected relevant cases then designed questionnaires built on interviews and compiled the results into key items and unit pricing structures for inclusion in purchase contracts for public construction project units reference. Two results were obtained from analyses and discussions: 1.The items of purchase contract should be considered are(1) payment for actual quantity of work done is a more suitable method.(2) contract period should adopt calendar days.(3)The report should hand over in 3 months after complete rescue excavation. 2.The items of purchase contract budget price system should be considered are (1)the excavation price should be distinguished by depth and 3 scale is suitable .(2)the percent of safety and health fee should be 1~1.5% .(3) )the percent of management ,insurance fee and profit should be 10~12%.(4)fee of cultural relic washing and age analysis should be included in rescue price. (5)print fee of report should be individually considered. 謝孟勳 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 98 zh-TW
