Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 土木工程學系所 === 103 === The purpose of this study is trying to blend the different amount of three variousgrades of over-aged Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP), such as 20%,40%,60% and 80%, with new aggregates and added cement to obtain a combined aggregate gradation that meets the specific requirements of base course. The study included what amount of RAP could be blended in the mix to meet the minimum requirements of base course. Besides, the effects of the RAP grades are also investigated. The results show that the optimum water content, the maximum dry density, the CBR value decrease with the blended RAP. However, the CBR values increase with the added cements. The amount of RAP that could be blended in the mixer to incet the minimum requirement of CBR value of 85 increase with the added cement. The finding also indicated that the RAP grade does not affect the maximum amount of RAP that could be blended in the mixer.
