One of the plans “ production and sponsors numerous types of science communication content” has sponsored a lot of science programs, including science program “When Mr. Science Met Ms. Phrase” which this study analyzes. The results of this research are: (1) Program planner played an essential role in delivering a message as well as finding out better ways to communicate more efficiently between program producer and scientists. In addition, the method used to collect information was the in-depth interview with program producer and scientists of “When Mr. Science Met Ms. Phrase”. The results are as follows: I. Program planner has to explore science topic actively and plans science experiment in advance. II. Program producer is the key person for program production, while leading scientists to assist in the program. III. To seek different scientists in the same professional field and discuss with them as soon as possible. IV. Program planner should have good communication skills and scientists have ability to transfer science knowledge. V. To establish long-term pattern for co-operation between program and scientists. (2) We analyzed whether three episodes of “When Mr. Science Met Ms. Phrase” would convey our expected target of the scientific knowledge.
