Social enterprise (SE) applies innovative business practices and managerial disciplines to drive sustained, social care, and high-impact social change. It is believed that SE grounded in the mission of social benefit aims to inspire, educate, and support social participates who make a difference in the world. Therefore, the social participates including nonprofit, for-profit, and public sectors may can generate and share resources, tools, and knowledge. This study collects data through in-dep th interviews, secondary data, direct observation, and participant observation to explore how a NPO could be a drawing from the business elements of SE’s perspective, a case study of Children Are Us Foundation (CAUF) conducted in 2014. This study reveals that CAUF of subversion of the traditional non-profit organizations, import management philosophy, the future will face the mentally disabled hospital.
