Description
Summary:碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 服務事業管理研究所碩士班 === 103 === As modern people live and work under intense pressure, many people relieve physical and mental pressure through touristic activities. Among those various touristic activities, religious tourism is one of the favorite types by participants in blending trip activities of the church. With the transformation in Taiwanese economic development, much like high-tech industry such as Taiwan semiconductor manufacturing company and foxconn two decades ago, tourism is expected to become an emergent industry in Taiwan. Many people participate in the blending activities of the church, but still few scholars deeply research the blending trip markets. Blending activities include “touristic activities” and “religious activities”. This study attempts to investigate the relations among motives for participating in the blending trip activities of the church, the visitor satisfaction, and the revisiting willingness. By using Hsinchu City Church for case study, based on my findings, the conclusions and suggestions are provided for reference for those who want to hold blending trip activities and those who conduct a research on this issue. I use the questionnaires method to do a survey of participants in the blending activities, and finally 234 effective response questionnaires were returned. This study first analyzes existing literature to explore associated theories and research findings, to be the foundation for research framework. Then it uses the questionnaire survey method to collect data for analysis. This study analyzes and verifies the influences of the motives for tourism, visitor satisfaction and the revisiting willingness on the tourism decision-making for participants in blending trip activities. The findings are as follows: first, to explore the type and behavior of the blending trip activities of the church; second, to explore the difference of participants from various backgrounds in motives, visitor satisfaction and the revisiting willingness; and third, to explore the interrelations among the motives, visitor satisfaction and the revisiting willingness. The findings demonstrate the following: the motives for tourism have positive effects on visitor satisfaction and on the revisiting willingness, and the visitor satisfaction has positive effects on the revisiting willingness. Finally, the research finding demonstrates that the improvement in the motives and visitor satisfaction for tourism contribute to the revisiting willingness the blending trip activities of the church. This finding can be as reference for those who want to hold blending trip activities of the church and those who conduct a research on this issue in the future.
