Summary:碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 電子工程系碩士班 === 103 === In this thesis, a rectifier circuit for 2.4GHz band radio-frequency energy harvester is presented, using TSMC 0.18μm CMOS process that can harvest the radio frequency energy to convert into DC voltage. Especially for voltage multiplier, the Modified Dickson Voltage Multiplier was selected to raises the output voltage that is based on Dickson Voltage Multiplier. In device selection, unlike other conventional CMOS rectifier circuit that usually using native MOS, we use RF NMOS which was provided by TSMC 0.18μm CMOS process design kit. Using HSPICE to analyze the characteristics of RF NMOS and reduce the cut -in voltage to increase the output voltage. Based on the simulation results by ADS, when the input power and loading is -10dBmW, 800K Ohm at 2.4GHz band, the rectifier can outputs 2.962V, the power efficiency is 11%.The dimension of this circuit occupies 224.7 X 284.4 μm2 .
