Summary:碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 管理研究所碩士班 === 103 === In order to reduce the distress of Kindergarten learning area’s teaching aids easily damaged or missing . Therefore, we have the idea of this study. There are a variety of teaching aids in kindergartens. And now they are also more and more creative. We use questionnaire survey and interview with kindergartens. Survey and interview results show that:1. Natural observation area is the use of teaching aids on the more difficult areas;2. Play area is more serious loss aids area; 3. Maze magnet for many teachers think the most improved or innovative teaching aids. According to the results of this study we can improve these factors and make the teaching aids more creative. These will help to enhance teaching efficiency. The results show that: 1. While innovative teaching aids eliminate disadvantages and negative elements, it triggers children curiosity and operation in learning areas. 2. Through innovative teaching aids, children can their learning motivation and concentration. 3. Both innovating and improving teaching aids can promote teachers teaching efficiency .
