First, literatures related to the Sandwich Courses are collected and studied to understand the current situation and then a well-designed survey is distributed to collect responses from students who are willing to “participate” or “not participate” in the Sandwich Courses. A total of 143 valid responses are collected. 5 of these we conduct with the in-depth interview with the students to understand the details of their participation in the Sandwich Courses. As the information gathered, we then provide our professional suggestions based on the study to the authority who take cares of the Sandwich courses. Our study indicates the 3 main reasons for students to participate in Sandwich courses are “early involvement of the society”, “more work experience” and "increase personal skill”. On the other hand, the ones who are not willing to participate usually use the excuses as of “don’t have enough time”, “not interested” and “not qualified to participate”. In addition, we discover the “Learning Attitude”, “Subjective Social Norm” and “Perceived Behavioral Control” all have positive influences on the intention to participate the Sandwich Courses.
