From using a single paper, teaching has evolved to combine with digital electronic medias. It is obvious that teaching with electronic textbooks. It is also important to enhance the impact of students' awareness of information technology.
The purpose of this study aims at exploration the factors that affect Changhua County elementary school teachers' willingness about using electronic textbooks during teaching. This study is based on the technology acceptance model. Furthermore, we analyze the information from the questionnaire about perceived ease of use, perceived ease of usefulness, attitude toward use and intention to use. The results show that there are significant variances in the “perceived usefulness” , “perceived ease of use” , “attitude toward use” and “intention to use” for elementary school teachers to use electronic textbook. Therefore, the Government should actively guide the publishers to develop useful and plentiful electronic textbooks. It will raise teachers’ intention on using electronic textbooks.
