By the improvement of campus facilities, landscape planning, and environmental aesthetics, we can increase students’ activity time and spatial variety. When we talk about behavioral types after classes, the results display that chatting in the classrooms occupies eighty-six percent of the static activity types and chasing noisily in the classrooms occupies fifty-three percent of the dynamic activity types; playing basketball is forty-six percent. Furthermore, the classrooms occupy seventy-six percent of the frequently used space, and hallways as well as staircases occupies seventy-three percent of the frequently used facilities. With regard to the infrequently used space, the percentage of the environment around the dump is seventy percent. In addition, the percentage of the parking lot in back of the gym is fifty-seven percent when we refer to the infrequently used facilities. The research also shows us that as to the frequently used space and facilities, the classrooms are the main activity space for students and chatting or interacting with classmates is the major part of the behavioral types after classes. On the other hand, concerning the infrequently used space and facilities, places far away from the classrooms and insufficient break time are the critical influence. Besides, in terms of the environmental improvement, the percentage of the toilet facilities and neatness is fifty-nine percent; the gym facilities occupies twenty-nine percent of the facilities building and so does the green belt space. At last, I expect that the results of the research can help the school’s future repair and rebuilding meet the students’ needs for facilities and space of campus after classes and achieve the goal of better teaching, security, aesthetics, and more leisure space. On the basis of the status quo of Da Dau Junior High School in Taichung City, the research is to explore the relativity between junior high school students’ requirement for the facilities and space of campus and their behavioral types after classes.
