Some experts indicate that people are easily out of the emotion, mostly caused by the problem of the stress adaptation. Thus, two living ability are necessarily concerned nowadays. The aim of this study is to understand the emotional management of vocational school students and pressure adjustment on the status, of vocational school students from different backgrounds emotional management variables, the pressure adjustment if there are differences, as well as related case management and vocational students emotional pressure adjustment and predictive analysis. This research method system using questionnaires to Changhua County private vocational schools, the Ministry of Higher daytime dept. of restaurant management grades for one to three students , stratified random sampling, the number of samples counted 2550 people, official issued a total of 550 questionnaires were returned 491 valid questionnaires, the effective rate of 89 %. The resulting data descriptive statistics, t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product moment correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and other statistical methods to analyze. The findings are summarized as follows: 1.The status of vocational students in the basic of the overall sentiment analysis, belong to the Intermediate level high degree range. 2.Vocational students in the basic status of the overall pressure adjustment of analysis, within the scope of the Intermediate low level. 3.Different family structures, vocational students have significant differences in emotional management and all levels. 4.Different gender, family income, mother education level and father of different occupations in vocational students as a whole there are significant differences in pressure adjustment and all levels. 5.The overall emotional management, and gender, grade, parents of low occupational presents significant positive correlation. 6.The overall pressure adjustment, and the sex, grade, showing significant low positive correlation 7.The pressure adjustment at all levels to predict emotional highest predictive power. Finally, according to the conclusions, made the following recommendations: 1.The emotional management education, usually related courses into the school. 2.The homerome teacher themselves good emotional management, lead by example. 3.The vocational students can be under pressure source to apply pressure on.
