碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 電腦與通訊工程學系碩士班 === 103 === In multicell environment, the cost-based multiple access of radio resource management (RRM) is considered in the handover procedure. In the frame structure of Long Term Evolution Ad-vance (LTE-A), three costs are proposed to be followed by their respective transmission rates for preventing the low transmission rate from unnecessary resource contending. When handover UEs from another cell, resource blocks of the eNodeB could be also occupied under cost-based priority handover rules. The simula-tion results show that fail probabilities of cost-based multiple access are lower than that of fairness multiple access.
