碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 觀光事業學系碩士班 === 103 === Faced with declining birthrate, parents pay more attention to the child''s growth environment; however, in the course of outdoor activity, child-friendly environment will become an important goal. Four important child-friendly environment, walking environment, the children play area, family restroom and breast-feeding room, had been aggregated by research literature, and Fuzzy Delphi method had been used to construct a measure of child-friendly facility system, as a basis for follow-up research. In addition, Taipei City as the scope of investigation to conduct field surveys, understanding parents attention and satisfaction of the current walking environment, children play area, family restroom and breast-feeding room. 279 questionnaires and 246 valid questionnaires had been collected, and analyzed by SPSS 18.0 statistical software data. The results showed that the degree of satisfaction and importance are all significant for the indicators, and whether the performance of the child is presented with a significant impact with outdoor activity. Consequently, decision-making and planning unit should strengthen the construction and maintenance of related facilities, in order to build a better child-friendly environment.
