The stratified sampling was used and 420 valid questionnaires were returned. The descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, normality analysis, convergent validity analysis, discriminant validity analysis, and the structural equation modeling (SEM) were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that (1) the program quality has an effect on the student satisfaction; (2) the program quality has an effect on the academic achievement; (3) the student satisfaction has an effect on the word of mouth; (4) the academic achievement has an effect on the word of mouth; (5) the student satisfaction has an effect on the academic achievement.
