This research use secondary data and interview analyze the new strategy of JET “Fate is Fun”, and base on the theory of MEC and consumer’s behavior, through questionnaire survey to understand the value of audience get.
The research discovers that JET’s innovative business simulation major in increase target audiences and customer retention but also raise income. Key resources and key actives are around core values which is fortune information service. Program trademark and fortune-teller are the key resources of TV Company. The TV Company and fortune-tellers are key partners, they invest fortune-teller’s undertaking, and provide business strategy to get mutually beneficial.
From survey discover that audience wants to get assurance with their luck tendency and get spiritual console, and the web user wants to get spiritual console and get more fun in life due to the interesting of fortune and wants to release stress. The audiences want to get the value of hold their fortune from get satisfied of amusing and entertaining due to care about program’s entertainment and expect to get spiritual console from satisfied of amusing, moreover, to get more self-confidence by the knowhow of fortune.
