In Taiwan the newspaper face to the emerging technology with Digital convergence development.Under the strong pressure of alternatives appearing, in order to be sustainable development, we must make the transformation to follow the environmental changes. Media content produceis rely on expert. Digital convergence development patterns changesthe demand of news production process and the contents of the system, and it affects the operation mode of journalist. However, if you want the journalist''s work behavior adapts the change of the environmental well, you need appropriate management personnel to guide the employees’ behavior that the business what.Remuneration system has been a good management tool of HRM. In Digital convergence, whether the newspaper industry use the Remuneration system to affect the behavior of the staff or not?If yes, its effectiveness depends on the employee''s consciousness of Remuneration system, so it is important to let them know the changes. These studies show the current condition of the four newspaper industry in Taiwan Remuneration system and management first, and then investigate the impact of the development of Digital convergence Remuneration system. Last, informs their compensation system for the organization consciousness through interviewing with the newspaper reporter writing, I hope from now to know the needs of internal and external point of view of environmental journalists in the development and consistent, I can suggest something to the newspaper industry remuneration system. The studyfound: First, the newspaper industry Remuneration systemthe A Newspaper has a more clear compensation structure. Although there is no clear compensation structure in the B News paper, they think providing "the autonomy of employees'' internal rewards is in important. C News papergives highersalary than others; they use multiple bonuses to motivate employees to achieve organizational goals.Second, I through thejournalists ‘views of change Digital convergence. I found the A Newspaper and the D Newspaper digital convergence strategy is the most active.It changes the reporters working patterns, but caused heavy burden on the technology reporter and workload.Third, the A Newspaper for organization changethey adjust the remuneration system.They use reward and punishment system in order to influence employees to cope with policy developments. D Newspaperwas face on the digital convergence age when they setting up, there is no any change about remuneration system.They use reward and punishment system in order to influence employees to cope with policy developments.It the employeesturnoverreasonconsidered work pressure increased, but they didn’t any encourage.According to the study found that traditional reporters face enormous pressure of work.Although the newspaper guide employee behavior by incentive comply the development direction of the newspaper,Recommendation on the remuneration system should be with the connotation of knowledge worker characteristics.
