Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 103 === The purpose of this study is to explore the drgree of present situation and the needs on teaching curriculum and counseling support with disable students of regular teachers in Kinmen County. In recent years,inclusive education is the trend, when students with disabilities return to regular classes, regular teacher facing the unprece-dented challenges for the past teaching and counseling model,therfore, the amount of support has become the key of inclusive education. The subjects of this survey were randomly selected from elementary school teachers in Kinmen County by stratified proportion sampling. 359copies of this survey were sent out and 331 valid copies were collected. Descriptive statistics,t-test,one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation were used to analyze those collected data. The major 7 conclusion of this study are shown as follows: 1.The overall level of present situation and the needs on teaching curriculum and counseling support lies at the medium and required level. 2.Teaching assesement and counseling professional competence of teaching curriculum and counseling support lies at the full and required level. 3.Regular teacher of difference school size variables, reached significant difference toward the present situation and the needs on teaching curriculum and counseling support. 4. Regular teacher of difference special-education background variables, reached sig-nificant difference toward the present situation on teaching curriculum and coun-seling support. 5. Regular teacher of differencejob title variables reached significant difference to-ward the present situation and the needs on on teaching curriculum and counseling support. 6.Regular teacher of difference special-education human arragement variables, reached significant difference toward the present situation and the needs on teach-ing curriculum and counseling support. 7.Regular teacher relationship between the overall level of present situation and the each dimension of needs on teaching curriculum and counseling support were low positive correlated. Finally, recommendations for manager education administration institu-tion,school,teacher,parent and future study are also proposed.To offer as references for education policy reform and practice applications in the school,teachers,parents and academic research.
