碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 建築學系碩士班 === 103 === Sustaining development of the campus will involve the achievement and other related researching projects promoted in the school, therefore, directions of the sustaining index shall be passing through an omnibearing consideration to retrace and explore its tendency by references, such as assessing mechanism of the campus in sustaining development, relevant cases to project campus, manifestos and researches of the sustaining development, obtaining conception of the symbiosis and co-existence mechanism in favor of the environment from different countries, and approaches of the cross-border and cross-plan platform. On this base, this research established sustainable campus evaluation indices. The questionnaire survey conducted was in 2 stages and Fuzzy Delphi Method and Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process are adopted to solve the uncertainty and fuzzy data multiple criteria decision to fuzzy multiple evaluation factors, so as to obtain the weighted value of all the factors and eventually establish Campus Environment Sustainable Development Evaluation Specification. The research took small school of small number of class of each grade to evaluate the campus environment and efficacy and review the rationality and suitability of evaluation factors in different aspect of the campus. The above helped us to effectively and objectively determine the campus environmental system- hardware, software and firmware environments and their coexistence relation and finding out the improvement directions for “Sustainable Campus Environment Evaluation Indices System”.
