In order to help this industry smoothly develop and accelerate the establishment of evaluation mechanisms and measures of cultural and creative industries, this study was to explore and simplify whether the ways that banks do for corporate or personal financing of SMEs with the mechanisms are feasible in the cultural and creative industries or not. If the way can be applied to the cultural and creative industries, it could reduce the financing schedule of industry''s small and medium enterprises. Furthermore, these enterprises can get operating capital easily. On the banking side, the issues including how to effectively monitor and control of the flow of money for avoiding misappropriation of funds for other purposes, follow-up mechanisms for management, tracking management, and how to speed up the procedure of financing with the protection of bank claim are all important to discuss. The conclusion of this study is some investment and finance suggestions for our country’s cultural and creative industries. All suggestions are divided into four points which are referred to Korea’s experience. The first point is for evaluation, which means how to develop the model as the foundation for investment and financing assessment. The second one is about credit guarantee, and the third one is about the financing and investment. Finally, the last one is about Intangible assets the secondary trading market. This study recommended that Taiwan financial services companies, the SME credit guarantee fund, and domestic financial institutions, could make strategic cooperation, such as establishment of a platform for exchanging information or mordant website – for example Taiwan technology trade information network TWTM. Additionally, they could also regularly hold some presentations and exhibitions to explain what are intangible assets, how to strengthen the marketing of intangible assets trading market, what would be the effects to enlarge the intermediary market in order to promote this active trading markets.
