In the past, abusive supervision defines subordinates perceptions of the extent to which supervisors engage in the sustained display of hostile verbal and nonverbal behaviors, excluding physical contact. In this study, use the role of the third party, investigate bystander observing supervisors abusive co-worker reaction. In this study, workers as the research object, two-stage survey approach questionnaires, 201 valid questionnaires were analyzed by AMOS statistical software. The results are: (1) Vicarious abusive supervision in the workplace have no significant relationship with supervisor-directed workplace deviant behavior; (2) Vicarious abusive supervision have a significant positive relationship with helping coworker behavior; (3) Negative affect is vicarious abusive supervision and supervisor-directed workplace deviant behavior intermediary variables; (4) Negative affect is vicarious abusive supervision and helping coworker behavior intermediary variables. Finally, some managerial implications by studying the studying the results and recommendations, and then provide follow-up research.
