Nowadays, innovation is one of the keys that help organization survive in a competitive world. Base on World Bank Economic, Vietnam place a very low position in innovative business of the South East Area. This study somehow will help Vietnam organizations realize that what factors they should focus on their business to become more creative and innovative. Questionnaires were given personally to more than 800 people those are working in Thang Long Industrial Zone in Hanoi, Vietnam. There were 459 questionnaires were returned, but only 418 of them were usable. The questionnaires include four main parts: leadership, intrapreneurship, organizational culture and innovation performance. All the collected data were computed by SPSS program and analysis through descriptive statistic, Cronbach’s alpha, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study show that transformational leadership and intrapreneurship is related to innovation performance.
